Returns and Exchanges
We do not offer refunds, except under extraordinary circumstances but are happy to provide an exchange. Should you unfortunately require an exchange:send your item to: Suite 8, 1 Lower Leeson Street Dublin IE 2.
- Exchanges are processed on a case-by-case basis and are available for damaged goods due to shipping only as all our products are thoroughly checked for quality before delivery.
- If your product(s) arrives damaged, we will ask you to take a photograph and return it to us in the original packing if at all possible to: Suite 8, 1 Lower Leeson Street Dublin IE 2. Exchanges on damaged items must be returned within 10 days of arrival.
- Returns will not be accepted due to customs taxes, fees or duties.
- All return/exchange shipping fees and postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Postage costs are not refunded.
Refunds (if applicable)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us, may vary. If you are shipping an item over €40, you should consider using a Track and Trace shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
